Improving the digital experience of an experienced brand
Hatavuk is one of the leading companies in Turkey in the production of broiler chickens. The award-winning company, which has been serving since 1972, has the largest hatchery production facility in Europe.
We were expected to improve negative experiences with usability and accessibility of the firm’s current website.
We interviewed different teams within the company. We evaluated user feedback and comments. User experience and content analysis of the current website was made. We have simplified the information architecture and made it more useful and modern. In addition, all unnecessary content was removed and the applications of the brand that revealed its experience in the field were highlighted.
